I’ve had a wonderful experience with Talkspace and have a great therapist. I highly recommend this app and service. I have very high anxiety and depression, as well as numerous personal issues, and my therapist has been great, she always replies to my messages and even knows my schedule and replies accordingly if she’s able.
My therapist has seriously been such a positive light in my life. I knew I needed to talk to someone, I would’ve preferred to see someone in person but at the time, I didn’t have great insurance so this seemed like the next best option. Plus, I kept hearing about it advertised on all of the podcasts I listen to and thought I’d give it a shot! Why not?! If it works, great. If not, I don’t have to keep doing it.
