About Ashley:

Ashley Ertel, LCSW, is a Nationally Board Certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado, Kentucky, and Florida. Ashley has dedicated her work towards understanding complex trauma as well as suicide risk and intervention. She works primarily with first responders, military personnel and veterans, and sexual assault survivors. Ashley has been featured in several publications such as the Huffington Post, Glamour, Essence, and Teen Vogue. She was also on the Feminist Leaders for Reproductive Justice team a few years ago and published a curriculum on Feminist Organizing. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and children, shopping, and relaxing on mountain getaways!

As a Certified DBT Professional, she has dedicated her work towards understanding complex trauma as well as suicide risk and intervention. She also holds additional trauma certifications in both Cognitive Processing Therapy and Prolonged Exposure.
